Welcome to Torbay's Retriever Training
Torbay's Retrievers offers gun dog training for the retriever breeds in both waterfowl and upland hunting. For Waterfowl hunting your retriever will retrieve a marked bird fall, be steady in the blind and retrieve to hand. For Upland hunting your retriever will quarter a field, stay within gun range, retrieve a marked bird fall and deliver to hand. If you want to own a dog that is already trained to hunt, has manners and is ready to become a part of your family, take a look at our Trained and Started Dogs page. We often have retrievers available that have gone through the gun dog training and are ready to be a part of a loving home. These handsome dogs will make a great family addition.
We also offer stud services from one of our quality black Labs. All have their AKC Master Hunter title. They are great house dogs, as well as hard-charging, focused, and birdy in the field. Both have many Field Champions in their pedigrees. To learn more about our Labradors at stud give us a call.
Torbay's Retriever Training is located near Shelton, just north of Olympia Washington. Right off the 101 freeway in Shelton. Torbay's Retriever Training is in the South Sound, an easy drive from Seattle or Portland. The training grounds include ponds, marshland and upland cover.
